A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email address: komatboutique@gmail.com, by means of a clear statement (a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
General information:
1) You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days has expired.
2) Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
3) You must be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
4) The return is not free of charge for you. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping. For your own safety, please use secured and trackable shipping.
5) Hygiene items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. these are declared as such in the description.
6) Please note that returns of items from our archive sale are generally excluded. This exclusion applies due to the heavily reduced prices and the condition of the items, which have already been worn or used in the past. We ask for your understanding.
7) We would also like to point out that we do not accept returns from other EU countries and therefore no refunds will be made for goods to customers from other EU countries.
